Goal For MMA: "I'm just trying to succeed at one thing in my life, LOL. This sport has already turned me into a completely different person, a more humble human, and oddly a more peaceful man. Any level I make it to will satisfy me, BUT I'LL FIGHT ANYBODY, LOL!".

Advice to the young men and women coming into the sport of MMA: "This is a tough sport, SOMETHING almost always hurts, and I don't believe I've ever fought at 100%, but you can't quit! Learn something EVERYDAY, even if it's what you're not supposed to do! If you go through a whole 2 hr training session without learning at least 1 thing, FIND A NEW PLACE TO TRAIN!".
