MMA is a sport that is misunderstood by many people who have not been educated by the sport, confusing it with wrestling or a caged spectacle blood sport. Oh contrare, it's a brotherhood of athletes who have earned the right to call themselves athletes in every sense of the word. They fight with their skills of heart, head and body and most have trained many hours a day for the better part of their life. To watch a true MMA fighter is like nothing else and your adrenaline WILL flow.
